Architect of ‘Explain My Bill,’ a GenAI solution reducing call handling by over 70 seconds per interaction, generating $350K in annual labor savings and a 90-point product NPS. Built ‘Clarity,’ an LLM-driven semantic search platform, and agentic automations using Google ADK for enterprise workflows.

I founded BENgineers, a professional community for Black engineers that grew to 1,000+ members. I hold a U.S. patent and have spoken at O’Reilly Strata.

I founded BENgineers — a professional community for Black technologists at Comcast — from the ground up. Starting with zero members, the community grew to 1,000+ engineers and became one of Comcast’s most impactful internal networks.

BENgineers established mentorship programs, knowledge exchange, and mobility initiatives that influenced engineering culture enterprise-wide. I partnered directly with the CIO and TPX President to embed the community into Comcast’s leadership structure. The work earned me the Impact Award, presented by EVP David Cohen, for founding BENgineers and driving inclusion across Comcast Technology and Product.
