I build the infrastructure that makes machine learning work at scale — from feature engineering and model training through deployment and lifecycle management. My career at Comcast spans ML platforms, real-time telemetry, GenAI production deployments, and data engineering.

I founded BENgineers, a professional community for Black engineers at Comcast that grew to over 1,000 members. I hold two issued patents and have spoken at O’Reilly Strata, one of the premier data engineering conferences in the industry.

I founded BENgineers — a professional community for Black engineers at Comcast — from the ground up. Starting with zero members, the community grew to over 1,000 engineers and became one of Comcast’s most impactful internal networks.

BENgineers hosted its first national conference, ran mentorship programs, partnered with local schools on coding initiatives, and received a Commerce Impact Award for entrepreneurship and strategy. It became a model for inclusive community building at enterprise scale.
